When will I receive my order?
At Valkyrie Jewels, we strive for a seamless delivery experience. You can expect your order to arrive within 7–14 business days. While we aim for every package to arrive within this window, shipping times are estimates and may be influenced by external factors such as holidays or carrier delays.
International Shipping & Logistics
Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred upon delivery. Valkyrie Jewels is not liable for delays or costs imposed by local customs authorities.
Split Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers. Items within the same order may arrive at different times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. If your order is split, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update once the package is in transit.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Accuracy is vital to ensure your jewelry reaches you. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us at support@valkyriejewels.com within 24 hours.
Beyond this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the fulfillment process will have already begun. If an item is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once this period has passed or the order has been dispatched, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
